EagleSoft Closing Option Fix

1.  Please log off of Eaglesoft on the problem machine and close the program, if not already.
2.  At the bottom left, go to the start menu in Windows, locate the search box (if not one listed, right click on the Windows icon and select search), and type in %localappdata% and hit enter.
3.  In the window that opens, click on Patterson_Companies. (if you don’t see that, click on Local, then Patterson_Companies)
4.  Choose the most recent folder for Eaglesoft.exe…
5. Delete all files except the folder named with the version of Eaglesoft you are on.
6.  Once these files are deleted, close the window.
7.  Log into Eaglesoft.
